CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING

I basically used my Cream Cheese Frosting recipe but omitted the Cream Cheese to allow the flavors from the Peanut Butter to come through. He truly loved the cake. I have made this frosting for cup Cakes and other cakes before but never for the Mayonnaise Cake. Omitting the cream cheese allows the peanut butter flavor to become more prominent. It really does compliment the chocolate flavors of the cake. A quick, simple & easy recipe.

Ingredients

1 lbpowderd sugar or confectioners sugar

1 ccreamy or chunky peanut butter(i used creamypeter pan)

1 stickbutter softened (1/2 cup)

2 tspvanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

1 tspcoffee extract
-
4-6 Tbspmilk (i used evaporated milk) or more to reach desired spreading consistency

10-12pieces of candy as desired, optional i used kit kat & reese's peanut butter cups
