- 1 1/2 pounds fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
- 1-8 oz. - sour cream
- 1-8 oz. - peach yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- - fresh mint sprigs
How To Make cold peach soup

Step 1Process the peaches in a food processor until smooth. Add sour cream & next 4 ingredients; process until mixture is smooth & blended.

Step 2Press peach mixture through a wire mesh strainer or several layer of cheese cloth into a large bowl. Add sugar, stirring well. Cover & chill 2 hours. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls; garnish, if desired.
