COLD PEACH SOUP

Serve it as an appetizer or a dessert!
Needs to chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbfresh peaches, peeled & sliced

1-8 oz.sour cream
-
1-8 oz.peach yogurt
-
1 1/2 corange juice
-
1 cpineapple juice
-
1 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 Tbspsugar
-
·fresh mint sprigs
How to Make COLD PEACH SOUP
- Process the peaches in a food processor until smooth. Add sour cream & next 4 ingredients; process until mixture is smooth & blended.
- Press peach mixture through a wire mesh strainer or several layer of cheese cloth into a large bowl. Add sugar, stirring well. Cover & chill 2 hours. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls; garnish, if desired.
