    envelopes unflavored gelatin (knox)
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 c
    coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 c
    evaporated milk

How To Make coconut gulaman

    Dissolve gelatin in water.
  • 2
    Add sugar, coconut milk and dissolved gelatin to a saucepan and cook over very low heat for 20 minutes. Do not let it boil. Add milk. .

    Pour into an 8-inch square pan and cool. Cover and chill until set. Cut into squares to serve.
