2 pkgchocolate chips 6 oz.
1 ptwhipping cream
1 cpecans, in pieces
1 boxangel food cake mix
How to Make Chocolate Freeze
- Melt chocolate chips in double boiler, add sugar and egg yolks(beaten). Whip cream in bowl and egg whites in another. Fold in both bowls together. Add Chocolate mixture.
- Bake 1 angel food cake mix according to directions in 13x9 oblong pan. Cool and slice in 3 layers. (does not have to be perfect)
- Alternate layers of cake and chocolate in 13x9 pan ending with choc. Top with pecan pieces. Freeze 24 hours. Let set out slightly to serve.
