I love this snack in the evening. It is cool sweet hardly any mess. Can be done in a blender to make a smoother dessert but I like whole berries. Besides who wants to clean a blender if they do not have too. Simple enough a kid could make it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries (or any fruit)
  • - 2% milk
  • 3 packages splenda esentials

How To Make sugar free low fat single serving dessert

  • Step 1
    Place one cup of berries into a deep serving bowl. (Cut strawberries or other large pieces of fruit into smaller pieces like 1/4th size)
  • Step 2
    Cover berries in milk
  • Step 3
    Add splenda. stir up berries and let sit till you see milk glaze and freeze to the fruit.
  • Step 4
    Mix around till it is a creamy frozen texture and Enjoy!
