Whenever we get a large snow in Tennessee, it is a treat! Snow cream is an added treat to these fun times! I remember watching my grandmother make it in her kitchen as a little girl. That, along with her homemade hot chocolate, was a tradition after sledding in the snow. You can add things to this basic recipe, such as chocolate chips, but I like it plain. You can also substitute Eagle Brand milk for the regular milk and sugar, but again, I like the traditional version. Be sure to use CLEAN, freshly fallen snow!
