Ingredients
- 1 cup merlot (or other fruity red wine)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 10 - strawberries, washed
- 10 - blackberries, washed
- 1/3 cup blueberries, washed
- - ground cloves
- - ground cinnamon
- - ground allspice
How To Make sangria pops

Step 1Wash berries and put them in a bowl. Smoosh them with a fork until they are broken up but still chunky. Pour wine, pom and apple juice into a container. Sprinkle a healthy 2-3 shakes of each spice into the liquid and stir. Give this a taste and adjust for personal preference.

Step 2Divide the smooshed fruit between popsicle molds. Pour the wine mixture into the molds. If not using a popsicle mold, you can use paper cups. Insert sticks. Place in the freezer until solid.
