vanilla ice cream, softened (not soupy!)
16 oz
canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix!)
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
allspice
1/2 tsp
ginger
1/4 tsp
ground cloves
1 c
white sugar

How to Make PUMPKIN ICE CREAM

  • 1Thoroughly mix all ingredients.
  • 2Store in a flat freezer container.
  • 3Cut into serving-size pieces.
  • 4PLEASE NOTE: If you prefer, or don't have the various spices on hand, substitute 2 - 3 teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice for the four spices that are listed.
