Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened (not soupy!)
  • 16 ounces canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix!)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup white sugar

How To Make pumpkin ice cream

  • Step 1
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Store in a flat freezer container.
  • Step 3
    Cut into serving-size pieces.
  • Step 4
    PLEASE NOTE: If you prefer, or don't have the various spices on hand, substitute 2 - 3 teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice for the four spices that are listed.
