- 16 ounces canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix!)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup white sugar
How To Make pumpkin ice cream

Step 1Thoroughly mix all ingredients.

Step 2Store in a flat freezer container.

Step 3Cut into serving-size pieces.

Step 4PLEASE NOTE: If you prefer, or don't have the various spices on hand, substitute 2 - 3 teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice for the four spices that are listed.
