A great, healthy way to get your kids (and some adults) to eat more fruit and not preservatives or a lot of sugar that is in store bought popsicles.

watermelon pureed
1/2 c
blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 c
strawberries, fresh; chopped
kiwi fruit; peeled and sliced
peach or nectarine; diced
1/2 c
cherries; pitted and diced

How to Make Healthy Popsicles


  • 1Cut the watermelon into chunks and then puree it in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
  • 2Set out about 1 dozen popsicle molds (amount needed will vary depending on size of molds). Fill each one with the chopped fresh fruit.
  • 3Pour in the watermelon puree until each mold is full to the top.
  • 4Place a/the popsicle stick into each one. Place in freezer and freeze for about 6 to 8 hours.
