A great, healthy way to get your kids (and some adults) to eat more fruit and not preservatives or a lot of sugar that is in store bought popsicles.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon pureed
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh; chopped
  • 1 - kiwi fruit; peeled and sliced
  • 1 - peach or nectarine; diced
  • 1/2 cup cherries; pitted and diced

How To Make healthy popsicles

  • Step 1
Cut the watermelon into chunks and then puree it in a blender until smooth. Set aside.
  • Step 2
Set out about 1 dozen popsicle molds (amount needed will vary depending on size of molds). Fill each one with the chopped fresh fruit.
  • Step 3
Pour in the watermelon puree until each mold is full to the top.
  • Step 4
Place a/the popsicle stick into each one. Place in freezer and freeze for about 6 to 8 hours.
