    pineapple
  • 2 c
    fresh spinach

    ripe banana

    water
  • 1/2 c

    Place all ingredients into blender in order listed. Blend on low speed.

    Turn blender slowly up to high speed.

    Blend for 60 seconds or until desired consistency.
