How to Make Easy Ice Cream
- Using an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl until thick, and stiff peaks form, 3-5 minutes. (if you are going to add in your candies, cookies, etc, do it at this time)
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer safe container, cover and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours,and up to 2 weeks.
