This is a version of a faux chocolate ice cream done my way, minus the fat. I also included coffee to make it mocha if desired. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/2
    cup skim milk plus 1 tbs
  • 2
    frozen larger size bananas
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    sugar or sugar substitue. use less if using sugar substitute.
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • ·
    a dash of salt
  • MOCHA

  • 3 tsp
    add instant coffee powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    add more sugar if desired

How to Make Chocolate I Can't Believe it's Not Ice Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. place the milk in the blender first . Follow with the cocoa powder, and sugar. Add Vanilla, and salt( Add coffee for mocha flavor with cocoa)
    Add 2 broken in half frozen bananas. Place blender on chop and run blender until mixture becomes a softserve looking ice cream.
