I MAKE THIS FOR MY FAMILY AND FOR MY CHURCH FAMILY. MY CHURCH FAMILY HAS SEVERAL DIABETICS, AND THEY ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS RECIPE. IT IS SAFE WHEN ATE IN MODERATION FOR DIABETICS. BUT SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE ANY OTHER SWEET WHEN USED FOR DIABETICS.

    cheerwine diet soda
  • 1-2 LITER bottle
    ginger ale (diet optional/non diet)

    crushed pineapple

How To Make cheer ice cream

  • 1
IN LARGE BOWL, ADD LARGE CAN OF CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, ADD LARGE CAN OF SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, ADD 1-2 LITER BOTTLE OF DIET CHEERWINE, ADD 1-2 LITER BOTTLE OF GINGER ALE THIS CAN BE DIET OR NON DIET. FOR DIABETICS I USE BOTH BOTTLES OF DIET SODA AND GINGER ALE. FOR OTHERS I USE 1 DIET AND I NON DIET BOTTLE. MIX VERY WELL, POUR INTO ICE CREAM CAN AND PLACE ICE CREAM CAN INTO BUCKET, ADD ICE SALT AND TURN ON ICE CREAM MAKER. NORMALLY TAKES ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO MAKE ICE CREAM, COVER WITH TOWELS AND LET SET ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AFTER FREEZER STOPS. THIS WILL HARDEN OFF THE ICE CREAM FOR GOOD EATING. ENJOY!! PAMELA TOLLEY
