I tried many cobbler recipes and honestly they are all good. But this one is the best. The topping together with the fruits just melts in your mouth. Enjoy !

strawberries,cut to small pieces

blueberries
2 Tbsp
corn starch
2 Tbsp
orange juice, fresh
2 Tbsp
sugar (optional)

TOPPING:

1 c
flour
1 tsp
baking powder
3 Tbsp
butter, cold
3 Tbsp
sugar
pinch
salt
1/2 c
buttermilk

How to Make The Best Fruit Cobler

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix fruits with orange juice and corn starch.
  • 2Put the fruit mixture into a 9x11 greased casserole dish.
  • 3Mix the dry ingredients with cold butter (just like for streusel). Add buttermilk.
  • 4Spoon the topping onto the fruits. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven. Enjoy!
