I tried many cobbler recipes and honestly they are all good. But this one is the best. The topping together with the fruits just melts in your mouth. Enjoy !

Ingredients

  • 2 cups peaches, sliced
  • 2 cups strawberries,cut to small pieces
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons butter, cold
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

How To Make the best fruit cobler

  • Step 1
    Mix fruits with orange juice and corn starch.
  • Step 2
    Put the fruit mixture into a 9x11 greased casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Mix the dry ingredients with cold butter (just like for streusel). Add buttermilk.
  • Step 4
    Spoon the topping onto the fruits. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven. Enjoy!
