I tried many cobbler recipes and honestly they are all good. But this one is the best. The topping together with the fruits just melts in your mouth. Enjoy !

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    peaches, sliced
  • 2 c
    strawberries,cut to small pieces
  • 1 c
    blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar (optional)
  • TOPPING:

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • pinch
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    buttermilk

How to Make The Best Fruit Cobler

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix fruits with orange juice and corn starch.
  2. Put the fruit mixture into a 9x11 greased casserole dish.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients with cold butter (just like for streusel). Add buttermilk.
  4. Spoon the topping onto the fruits. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven. Enjoy!
