- 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cold butter,cut into small pieces.
- 2 tablespoons ice water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - raspberry filling:
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cups fresh raspberries divided
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons nonfat cream cheese,softened
- 2 tablespoons low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
How To Make raspberry bars

Step 1in a large mixing bowl,add thefirst 4 ingredients of the crust.mix together well with a fork or wire whisk.add in the butter and mix the vanilla with the ice water.gently pour and blend into the mixture,until well combined.form the crust and fit onto a loaf pan. you don't have to bake the crust because it doesn't have an egg.but you can depending on your preference.

Step 2make the raspberry filling: wash raspberries and place in large pot with water,sugars,cook until tender and raspberries has cooked down.let cool before adding and mixing in the cream,so that it won't curdle. mix in the softened cream cheese well.mix in gelatin water mixture mix well.then mix the gelatin mixture into all the ingredients.pour over the crust that's in a loaf pan.cover with plastic wrap chill 2-4 hrs until gelatin mold is set.then you can enjoy.
