moms cherry pudding
My mom made this all the time. She even had a mild stroke one day with this in the oven.Thank goodness my brother was there. You can substitue any fruit you want. It always comes out good.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 can cherries drained (save juice)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
How To Make moms cherry pudding

Step 1Mix together 1 cup sugar, flour, baking soda, cherries, and egg. place in 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 2While pudding is baking mix fruit juice (fill with water to make a cup of juice),1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 tlbs, cook together then pour over pudding when done.
