I love to make this cobbler, it's so very easy to make and so full of delicious fresh fruit. YUM!

4 Tbsp
unsalted butter
3/4 c
flour
3/4 c
sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
salt
3/4 c
milk
1 large
peach, sliced thin
1 c
fresh blackberries
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

How to Make Loaded fruit cobbler

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Place butter in a 8" or 9" pan. Place in oven until butter is melted. In lg bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Add milk, whisk until smooth.
  • 2Pour batter into pan, over butter. Top w/ fruit. In small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon mix over fruit. Bake 35-45 mins, or until cooked through. Serve w/ whipped cream.
