How to Make Loaded fruit cobbler
- 1Heat oven to 350. Place butter in a 8" or 9" pan. Place in oven until butter is melted. In lg bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Add milk, whisk until smooth.
- 2Pour batter into pan, over butter. Top w/ fruit. In small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon mix over fruit. Bake 35-45 mins, or until cooked through. Serve w/ whipped cream.
