keto/low carb strawberry banana fluff

A delicious Low Carb Dessert that is easy to prepare and fits perfectly in our Keto plan. Very Satisfying as a finish to any meal! Note: I did not allow the Jello mixture to cool and it worked out fine. This would be delicious with any combination of flavored Jello and Fruit. This particular recipe was created for low carb lifestyle.

Ingredients For keto/low carb strawberry banana fluff

  • 2 box
    0.3 oz sugar free strawberry banana jello
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 16 oz
    chopped fresh strawberries

How To Make keto/low carb strawberry banana fluff

    In a bowl, mix Jello and 1 Cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved and set to the side.

    In a stand mixer, or using a hand mixer, mix heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Remove from mixer and set aside.

    Add cream cheese to mixer and mix until smooth. Continue on low and add Jello mixture, slowly, to cream cheese and mix until well blended and smooth.

    Add chopped strawberries and Jello/Cream Cheese mixture to whipped cream and fold until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until mixture sets up. Serve and Enjoy.
