I sometimes have this as a breakfast, sometimes as a snack. It's yummy and you can use any fruit you like.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain, low-fat yogurt, i used greek yogurt
  • 1 - 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 5 cups mixed fruit. i used grapes, strawberries, blueberries and blackberrries.

How To Make healthy fruit salad w/ yogurt topping

  • Step 1
    In bowl, stir together yogurt, undrained pineapple and vanilla. cover and chill 1 hr.
  • Step 2
    Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into each of 8 dessert cups. Add 2/3 cup fruit and top w/ remaining yogurt mix.
