Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups cold water, divided
- 3 - apples, peeled, thinly sliced
- 3 - pears, ( your favorite kind,) peeled, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, ( or you can use dried cranberries, but fresh taste better.)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1-1/2 cup heart healthy bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
How To Make harvest fruit cobbler

Step 1In saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and 1-3/4 cup of water. bring to a boil. Stir in apples, pears, cranberries and lemon juice. return to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered about 10 mins or until fruit is tender, stirring occasionally.

Step 2In small bowl, combine cornstarch and remaining water, whisk well. pour into fruit mix in saucepan. Cook 2 mins, or until thickened, stirring constantly. Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 3Spoon fruit mix into baking pan. In bowl, combine bisquick mix and milk until just blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto fruit mix. Bake 15-20 mins, or until biscuits are lightly browned.
