Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- "SAUCE"
- 2 packages cream cheese (softened) 16 oz total
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cool whip
- TOPPINGS
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh green seedless grapes
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 - kiwi fruit (felled & sliced)
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- DRIZZLE
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
How To Make fruit pizza

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pizza pan with Original Pam cooking spray.

Step 2Pat cookie dough onto pizza pan. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 3In large bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.

Step 4Spread over cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top.

Step 5In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and pineapple juice until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Refrigerate until chilled and drizzle over fruit.
