You could add anytime of fruit and yogurt, I did one with fruit, granola and yogurt very good and healthy. How long it takes depends on the child, it is so much fun for them to make something healthy. Now for me to do another with them.

Ingredients
- 1 - banana cut
- 1 - tube yogurt
- - small paper cups
- - craft sticks
How To Make frozen fruit pops

Step 1Place a banana slice into the bottom of each paper cup and push a craft stick ( I use Popsicle stick) firmly into the fruit.

Step 2Add yogurt until the cup is almost full.

Step 3Adult: Place the filled cups on a rimmed cookie sheet and put into the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Step 4Peel off the paper cup and enjoy your "fro-gurt" treat. Use a different fruit and yogurt next time!
