    dry ice, broken into small chunks

    large stainless steel bowl

    fresh fruits, the more water content, the better. strawberries, grapes, melon pieces, blue berries, etc

How to Make Fizzy Fruit


  1. Place the fruit in the large stainless steel bowl.
  2. Put the small chunks of dry ice into the bowl, and with a long handled spoon, gently stir the fruit and ice.
    When the ice is gone, Let the fruit sit for 10-15 minutes and then serve.
  3. The fruit juices will be fizzy when you bite into them.
