dry ice, broken into small chunks
large stainless steel bowl
fresh fruits, the more water content, the better. strawberries, grapes, melon pieces, blue berries, etc

How to Make Fizzy Fruit

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place the fruit in the large stainless steel bowl.
  • 2Put the small chunks of dry ice into the bowl, and with a long handled spoon, gently stir the fruit and ice.
    When the ice is gone, Let the fruit sit for 10-15 minutes and then serve.
  • 3The fruit juices will be fizzy when you bite into them.
