Ingredients

  • 1 large
    cantaloupe, cut in 1/2, seeds, rind removed
  • 1 large
    honeydew melon, cut in 1/2, seeds and rind removed
  • 1 large
    can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 qt
    lg fresh strawberries, tops removed
  • 3/4 c
    diet gingerale
  • 1/2 c
    low-sugar orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    low-fat granola. i used granola w/ raisins

How to Make Easy springtime fruit salad w/ juicy-honey dressin

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut melons into bite-size pieces. Place pieces in lg bowl. Cut strawberries in 1/2 lengthwise. Place in bowl along w/ pineapple chunks.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together gingerale, orange juice and honey. Pour over fruit mix. Cover, refrigerate 20 mins for flavors to meld. Sprinkle w/ granola right before serving.
