A low-fat, juicy, refreshing fruit salad. Great for picnics or BBQ's.

Ingredients

  • 1 large cantaloupe, cut in 1/2, seeds, rind removed
  • 1 large honeydew melon, cut in 1/2, seeds and rind removed
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 quart lg fresh strawberries, tops removed
  • 3/4 cup diet gingerale
  • 1/2 cup low-sugar orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup low-fat granola. i used granola w/ raisins

How To Make easy springtime fruit salad w/ juicy-honey dressin

  • Step 1
    Cut melons into bite-size pieces. Place pieces in lg bowl. Cut strawberries in 1/2 lengthwise. Place in bowl along w/ pineapple chunks.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, whisk together gingerale, orange juice and honey. Pour over fruit mix. Cover, refrigerate 20 mins for flavors to meld. Sprinkle w/ granola right before serving.
