Ingredients
- 1 large cantaloupe, cut in 1/2, seeds, rind removed
- 1 large honeydew melon, cut in 1/2, seeds and rind removed
- 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 quart lg fresh strawberries, tops removed
- 3/4 cup diet gingerale
- 1/2 cup low-sugar orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup low-fat granola. i used granola w/ raisins

Step 1Cut melons into bite-size pieces. Place pieces in lg bowl. Cut strawberries in 1/2 lengthwise. Place in bowl along w/ pineapple chunks.

Step 2In another bowl, whisk together gingerale, orange juice and honey. Pour over fruit mix. Cover, refrigerate 20 mins for flavors to meld. Sprinkle w/ granola right before serving.
