Ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 large cooking apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat bisquick mix
- 2 - eggs
- - maple syrup for drizzling
How To Make easy apple wedges

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" glass pie pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Add apple slices, toss to coat.

Step 2In lg saucepan, heat water and butter to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add Bisquick mix and stir until mix forms a ball. Remove from heat.

Step 3Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat until smooth. Spread batter into bottom of pan. Arrange apples on top of batter w/in 1" of the edge. bake 23 min or until puffed and edges are golden brown. Drizzle w/ syrup.
