Ingredients
- 3 cups cranberries, ground or finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 8 1/4 ounces can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 8 ounces pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
How To Make cranberry-pineapple freeze

Step 1In a large bowl, combine cranberries and sugar; stir in pineapple and nuts. In separate bowl blend cream cheese and, gradually add cranberry mixture, mixing well until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into a 13x9-inch baking pan. Freeze. Cut into squares to serve. Makes 20 servings.
