  • 3 c
    apple slices
  • 16 oz
    orange cranberry relish, or whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 c
    low fat granola cereal with raisins
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 c
    butter or margarine
  • Dash

How to Make Cranberry Apple Bake


  1. Preheat oven to 350^. Peel, core and slice apples, then combine with cranberry relish; set aside. Mix together cereal, flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly mixture forms. Press 1/3 of mixture on bottom of a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Spread with fruit, then top with remaining cereal mixture. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt. Refrigerate any leftovers.
