Ingredients
- 3 cups apple slices
- 16 ounces orange cranberry relish, or whole cranberry sauce
- 1 cup low fat granola cereal with raisins
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- Dash - nutmeg
How To Make cranberry apple bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350^. Peel, core and slice apples, then combine with cranberry relish; set aside. Mix together cereal, flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly mixture forms. Press 1/3 of mixture on bottom of a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Spread with fruit, then top with remaining cereal mixture. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt. Refrigerate any leftovers.
