cold watermelon pizza
This is the first recipe I'm entering in this site and it is my start and I like to start it with something simple and easy. This cold Pizza is great for warm and sunny days. Also I like to suggest that if there was an section to put the root of recipe's nation/origin it would be great which we would learn about different taste and origin too.

Ingredients
- 1 small watermelon
- 2 cups white cheese, grated - low fat and salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts, cut small pcs
- 3-4 slices cucumber and/or tomato
How To Make cold watermelon pizza

Step 1Cut the center of Watermelon in 2" thick across. Peel it, Just be careful not to break the fruit.

Step 2Place the Watermelon in your serving dish or plate and place as much as you like the grated cheese on the top.

Step 3Decorate it with Walnut and Cucumber or Tomato. It is great to serve it in the afternoon, Tea Time and serve it with Hot Green Tea.

Step 4If you don't peel the watermelon, you can serve this Pizza in small slices and eat it by hand as snack.
