Ingredients

  • 1 box
    graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 box
    dream whip
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 can(s)
    cherry pie filling

How to Make Cherries in Snow

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
    Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter
    Mix together graham cracker crumbs, 2 Tbs. Sugar, and melted butter.
    Pour mixture into 9 X 13 pan
    Spread mixture evenly in pan and gently press mixture into bottom and up sides of pan.
    Bake crust for 10 minutes and cool completely
    Combine 1 pkg. cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar with mixer Beat until smooth.
    In a separate bowl mix dream whip according to package directions.
    Fold 1 Tbs. vanilla into dream whip
    Combine dream whip mixture with cream cheese and sugar mixture
    Beat until smooth
    Pour mixture over crust and smooth out evenly
    Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over whip mixture
    Refrigerate for best flavor
