CARAMEL APPLE CRISP

3 cold fashioned oats
2 call purpose flour
1 1/2 cpacked brown sugar
1 tspground cinnamon
1 ccold butter, cubed
8 cthinly sliced peeled tart apples
1 pkg(14 oz.) caramels, halved
1 capple cider, divided
How to Make CARAMEL APPLE CRISP
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in the butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased 9x13" baking dish. Layer with half of the apples, caramels, and 1 cup of the oat mixture. Repeat layers. Pour 1/2 cup cider over the top.
- Bake uncovered in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Then drizzle with remaining cider; bake 15-20 minutes more or until apples are tender.
