How To Make brandied fruit smoothie

Step 11 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate 1 1/2 c. well drained fruit from brandied fruit starter recipe 1 c. skim milk 1 c. water 2 tbsp. honey 5 ice cubes

Step 2Combine orange juice concentrate, banana or other fruit, skim milk, water and honey in container of electric blender. Cover. Blend at high speed until thick and smooth, about 1 minute. Add ice cubes, one at a time and blend until smooth and frothy. Garnish with a whole strawberry, if you wish. Serve.
