This is a great tasting recipe given to me via e-mail from my niece in Canada..the recipe photo and recipe is by Betty Wiersma, who says, the recipe was given to her from a co-worker- so it is quite a hand-me-down recipe. A quick and easy recipe, a crunchy pineapple dessert that is a family favorite. Tweaked a bit by me- and I suppose by those before me-as is the case in most hand-me-down recipes! LOL Try this recipe with other fruits and ice cream and pudding flavors too! Endless combinations.
