Mom has been making this for as long as I can remember. Today I'm trying my health way by switch some of the sugar for Truvia for the filling I'm using the Truvia Baking Blend and for the topping using the regular Truvia.

  • 12 large
    peaches, peeeled and pitted, thickly sliced
  • 1/4 c
    truvia baking blend
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg

  • 4 c
    bisquick mix
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, cold
  • 1 c
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar, sprinkled on top

  1. Preheat oven 375F grease 10X14 glass baking dish. In 4-quart saucepan, mix peaches, Truvia, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix gently and cook over low heat about 10 minutes or until peaches are just tender and syrup has thickened. Pour into baking dish.
  2. In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix and 2 tablespoons granulated Truvia. Using your hand (two knives or pastry) blender, cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Add milk and vanilla, and quickly blend together with hands or spatula.
  3. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls biscuit mixture on top of peaches, covering them completely. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoon granulated sugar and dust with cinnamon.
  4. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cool and serve with milk or ice cream
