Mom has been making this for as long as I can remember. Today I'm trying my health way by switch some of the sugar for Truvia for the filling I'm using the Truvia Baking Blend and for the topping using the regular Truvia.
1Preheat oven 375F grease 10X14 glass baking dish. In 4-quart saucepan, mix peaches, Truvia, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix gently and cook over low heat about 10 minutes or until peaches are just tender and syrup has thickened. Pour into baking dish.
2In large bowl, stir together Bisquick mix and 2 tablespoons granulated Truvia. Using your hand (two knives or pastry) blender, cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Add milk and vanilla, and quickly blend together with hands or spatula.
3Drop heaping tablespoonfuls biscuit mixture on top of peaches, covering them completely. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoon granulated sugar and dust with cinnamon.
