I love crisps because they are easy and quick to make and taste delicious. I always use fresh berries but frozen will do as well. What is special is the topping which is oatmeal, oat flour, and flaxmeal with spices and nuts or seeds. This dish serves as a dessert in the evenings, a snack in the afternoon or a sweet and filling breakfast!
