Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    dark molasses
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    sliced, peeled apples
  • BAKE ABOVE IN A 1 1/2 QT. BUTTERED PAN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES

  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    egg beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    corn flour
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    gluten free baking powder

How to Make APPLE PAN DOWDY

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter, add egg ,and milk.
  2. Add other ingredients, mix well. Pour over apples
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
