This comes from one of my mom's old cookbooks. St. Andrew's Tuesday Guild Ann Arbor, Michigan, 1977.

Ingredients

  • 1 package instant lemon pudding
  • 16 ounces cool whip
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 cup marshmallows, mini
  • 1/4 cup crushed nuts

How To Make shortcut frozen salad

  • Step 1
    Prepare pudding as directed on package.
  • Step 2
    Add cool whip, mayo, and lemon juice to the pudding. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Transfer to a 13x9 pan and freeze until firm.
