no cook breakfast muesli with soy milk & yogurt
Heart attack, menopause, easy. This is a blend of heart healthy, menopause friendly ingredients that keeps me going all morning. It doesn't matter if you use almond milk or rice milk instead of soy, or some other non-dairy yogurt product. The result is the same.

- 2 packages truvia
- WET INGREDIENTS
- 5 dashes (drops) candy flavoring oil - i alternate between hazelnut, chocolate, and fruit flavors

How To Make no cook breakfast muesli with soy milk & yogurt
-
Step 1Measure all dry ingredients into a pint size (2 cup) lidded jar. I save the plastic Talenti gelato containers for this purpose & make a week of these to take to work.
-
Step 2Shake to mix.
-
Step 3Add wet ingredients, shake again & refrigerate. The result is a light pudding texture. My Chocochia recipe is similar, but thicker due to the chocolate.
