Such a simple and easy dessert. Good for when you have to come up with something in a hurry. This can be made with any type of fruit juice you like and served either warm or cold, with or without whipped topping.

Ingredients

1/3 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
minute tapioca
1 dash(es)
salt
2 c
fruit juice (i used orange juice)

How to Make FRUIT JUICE TAPIOCA PUDDING

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  • 2Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Remove from heat.
  • 3Cool 20 minutes; stir. Stir before serving. Serve warm or chilled.
  • 4Variation: Grape juice, pineapple juice, apple juice, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, juice blends or mango nectar can be substituted for orange juice.
