japanese raisin pie
This is a unique pie. I got this recipe from a friend who always makes this at Easter time. It is very good and I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs, well beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 1 teaspoon vinegar, white
- 1 - 8 inch pie crust
How To Make japanese raisin pie

Step 1preheat oven to 325 degrees

Step 2line a pie plate with your favorite pie pastry- homemade or store bought. this pie will be baked in an uncooked pie crust.

Step 3In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar. Add eggs.

Step 4Add raisins, coconut and pecans and beat until well blended.

Step 5mix in vanilla and vinegar and pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.

Step 6bake 40-45 minutes until set.
