Those diet sugars are so unhealthy so I created this with no sugar at all but you would never know it.

With the Wileys seasoning you do not need any sugar. It was quite good

  • 1 can(s)
    (2 pound) yams (sweet potatoes) drained and 1/2 cup liquid reserved)
  • 1 pkg
    wileys sweet potato and yam seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 6
    egg roll wraps

How to Make Individual Diet Sweet Potato Pies


  1. drain all but 1/2 cup liquid and put both in a bowl, mash slightly and add the vanilla and seasoning’s.
  2. on a dry surface put a egg roll wrapper and place 1/6 of mixture in a diagonal on egg roll wrapper, moisten all edges and roll as you would an egg roll.
  3. heat a Teflon skillet and dry fry each side and serve.

    No oil is needed and no sugar is added.
