individual diet sweet potato pies
Those diet sugars are so unhealthy so I created this with no sugar at all but you would never know it. With the Wileys seasoning you do not need any sugar. It was quite good

Ingredients
- 1 can (2 pound) yams (sweet potatoes) drained and 1/2 cup liquid reserved)
- 1 package wileys sweet potato and yam seasoning
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 - egg roll wraps
How To Make individual diet sweet potato pies

Step 1drain all but 1/2 cup liquid and put both in a bowl, mash slightly and add the vanilla and seasoning’s.

Step 2on a dry surface put a egg roll wrapper and place 1/6 of mixture in a diagonal on egg roll wrapper, moisten all edges and roll as you would an egg roll.

Step 3heat a Teflon skillet and dry fry each side and serve. No oil is needed and no sugar is added.
