1 pkg(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 csour cream
2 tsppure vanilla extract
1 pkg(8 oz.) cool whip, thawed
1chocolate crumb crust (8 inches)
1/4 cbaking cocoa
1 Tbsppowdered sugar
1 can(s)(21 oz.) cherry pie filling
How to Make BLACK FOREST CHEESECAKE
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in sour cream and vanilla, and then fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread half of the mixture evenly into the chocolate crumb crust.
- Fold the cocoa and powdered sugar gently into the remaining Cool Whip mixture; carefully spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Cut into slices; top each slice with cherry pie filling.
