How to Make Oatmeal Raisin Morning Muffin #Gluten free
1take raisin, place in covered container add tablespoon of water and place in microwave for 1 min. remove and set aside.
2in a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, applesauce,banana, honey, sugar,cinnamon mix it well.
3add the oatmeal mix it in. now add the Milk.
4Drain water off of raisins, add baking soda and raisin to the mix.
5drop by even spoonfuls in to greased muffin pans.
6Bake for 35 to 40 mins. Until toothpick comes out clean.
Enjoy warm or cold. This is a very quick breakfast and much better for you then any fast food.
