Ingredients

2eggs beaten
-
2 tspvanilla extract

2 capplesauce, unsweetened

1mashed banana
-
1/2 choney
-
1/2 cbrown sugar

1/4 cflax seed meal
-
1 Tbspcinnamon

3 tspbaking soda
-
2 cmilk
-
1/2 craisins
-
5 cold fashion oatmeal
-
2 Tbspchia seeds
How to Make Oatmeal Raisin Morning Muffin #Gluten free
- take raisin, place in covered container add tablespoon of water and place in microwave for 1 min. remove and set aside.
- in a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, applesauce,banana, honey, sugar,cinnamon mix it well.
- add the oatmeal mix it in. now add the Milk.
- Drain water off of raisins, add baking soda and raisin to the mix.
- drop by even spoonfuls in to greased muffin pans.
- Bake for 35 to 40 mins. Until toothpick comes out clean.
Enjoy warm or cold. This is a very quick breakfast and much better for you then any fast food.
