Taste just like my morning oatmeal! This muffin is a very moist one... I have been told that adding 1/4 cup of brown sugar will amp up the sweetness. I don't use sugar but those of you that do give it a try let me know how it turns out!

Ingredients

eggs beaten
2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 c
applesauce, unsweetened

mashed banana
1/2 c
honey
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/4 c
flax seed meal
1 Tbsp
cinnamon
3 tsp
baking soda
2 c
milk
1/2 c
raisins
5 c
old fashion oatmeal
2 Tbsp
chia seeds

How to Make Oatmeal Raisin Morning Muffin #Gluten free

Step-by-Step

  • 1take raisin, place in covered container add tablespoon of water and place in microwave for 1 min. remove and set aside.
  • 2in a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, applesauce,banana, honey, sugar,cinnamon mix it well.
  • 3add the oatmeal mix it in. now add the Milk.
  • 4Drain water off of raisins, add baking soda and raisin to the mix.
  • 5drop by even spoonfuls in to greased muffin pans.
  • 6Bake for 35 to 40 mins. Until toothpick comes out clean.
    Enjoy warm or cold. This is a very quick breakfast and much better for you then any fast food.
