update! I got the person name who originally posted this! Courtney Luper. she is on facebook her group is called getting skinny with Courtney. cant wait to try this version of pizza crust. again, I made one that is posted under my recipes. so I am excited to try this!!!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make low carb no dough pizza

  • Step 1
    preheat oven 350
  • Step 2
    lightly spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    mix cream cheese, eggs, blk pepper, garlic powder, and Parm cheese.
  • Step 4
    spread into baking dish.
  • Step 5
    bake for 15-20 mins., or until golden brown. cool crust for 10 mins or so.
  • Step 6
    add pizza sauce and any toppings of your choice. bake an additional 8-10 mins. or until cheese is melted! Enjoy!
