- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter,melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed pineapple,drained

Step 1Mix the dry ingredients,put aside.In separate bowl beat the egg,milk and butter.

Step 2Mix the dry ingredients and the liquid mixture until smooth.

Step 3Add lemon juice and pineapple.Drop into hot deep fryer using a teaspoon.Fry until golden brown.

Step 4Remove,pat excess oil off with paper towel.Roll in sugar or powdered sugar while hot.
