    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter,melted
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple,drained

How to Make Gradma's Best Pineapple Fritters

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix the dry ingredients,put aside.In separate bowl beat the egg,milk and butter.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients and the liquid mixture until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice and pineapple.Drop into hot deep fryer using a teaspoon.Fry until golden brown.
  4. Remove,pat excess oil off with paper towel.Roll in sugar or powdered sugar while hot.
