Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 6 tablespoons butter,soft
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries,chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract strudel:
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter,cold
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make cranberry muffin tops with strudel or orange glaze

Step 1Mix flour,baking soda, and baking powder.

Step 2Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.

Step 3In a separate bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, and vanilla.

Step 4Alternativly add to butter mixture dry ingredients and buttermilk mixture.Slowly add cranberries.

Step 5Drop spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with strudel.

Step 6Bake in 350 F for 20 -25 minutes or until it has lightly browned edges.Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. You can also glaze them with orange or lemon glaze.Using 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons orange or lemon juice.
