This guilt-free, vegan, no ice cream machine necessary ice cream is my go-to during stressful days. It's healthy and refreshing, and gives me all the flavor of my favorite frozen treat without all the sugar and dairy that makes me sick!

How to Make Vegan Mint Chocolate Ice Cream

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop up the bananas in a food processor or blender (I use a Vitamix).
  2. Add the mint, non-dairy milk, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy straight from the blender!
  4. Freeze any leftovers in an air tight Tupperware container. When removed from freezer, let thaw for 3-5 minutes before eating.
