3 mediumbananas (frozen)
3 Tbspnon-dairy milk
1 tspmint extract
1 1/2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa
How to Make Vegan Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
- Chop up the bananas in a food processor or blender (I use a Vitamix).
- Add the mint, non-dairy milk, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth.
- Enjoy straight from the blender!
- Freeze any leftovers in an air tight Tupperware container. When removed from freezer, let thaw for 3-5 minutes before eating.
