- 3 medium
- bananas (frozen)
- 3 Tbsp
- non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp
- mint extract
- 1 1/2 Tbsp
- unsweetened cocoa
How to Make Vegan Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1Chop up the bananas in a food processor or blender (I use a Vitamix).
- 2Add the mint, non-dairy milk, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth.
- 3Enjoy straight from the blender!
- 4Freeze any leftovers in an air tight Tupperware container. When removed from freezer, let thaw for 3-5 minutes before eating.
