Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 6 tablespoons cold water
  • 5 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make peanut butter topping for ice cream

  • Step 1
    Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to make a syrup. Cool. Then slowly blend into the peanut butter until smooth. Serve over ice cream. Males 1 1/2 cups.
