This is another recipe adapted form my mother's handwritten notes. I have added the comments exactly as they were written by her. We always had fresh peaches from our own trees when I was a kid. I remember this as being extremely rich and tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 quart very ripe fresh peaches
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 quarts heavy cream
How To Make mother's fresh peach ice cream (sallye)

Step 1Peel and remove stones from 1 quart of very soft peaches. Add 2 cups of sugar and mash together thoroughly. When ready to freeze, add 2 quarts of rich cream. Freeze in hand=turned freezer. Freeze until unable to turn crank.
