MOTHER'S FRESH PEACH ICE CREAM (SALLYE)
- 1 qt
- very ripe fresh peaches
- 2 c
- granulated sugar
- 2 qt
- heavy cream
Add 2 cups of sugar and mash together thoroughly.
When ready to freeze, add 2 quarts of rich cream.
Freeze in hand=turned freezer.
Freeze until unable to turn crank.
