- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 1/3 cup canned, water packed fruit cocktail, drained
How To Make good fruit and rum yogurt

Step 1Combine yogurt, evaporated skim milk, and rum extract in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently fold in fruit cocktail.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. stir gently before serving
