Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons rum extract
  • 1/3 cup canned, water packed fruit cocktail, drained

How To Make good fruit and rum yogurt

  • Step 1
    Combine yogurt, evaporated skim milk, and rum extract in a medium bowl, stirring well. Gently fold in fruit cocktail.
  • Step 2
    Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. stir gently before serving
