If it's just too hot to bake and you need a cool, refreshing dessert, try making your own ice cream. Easily whipped up in the morning before work, this creamy treat will be waiting for you when you get home. This recipe is so easy! Fun to make (...and even more fun to eat!) kids of all ages will be impressed with your creation.

No ice cream freezer required. A fun and quick project for children and grandchildren when a rainy day keeps them indoors... or for big kids like me who just love chocolate ice cream! Enjoy! Peg
